CAREMARK – ONE YEAR ON!

This photograph shows some of the management staff from Caremark, Leicester, with Norma who is one of their 30 carers. Caremark's office at 337 Scraptoft Lane, acts as a base for all the staff, who are mostly out and about in the community.

Caremark is part of a national organisation that offers professional home care and support services to clients throughout Leicester and Leicestershire.

Their logo explains what they believe, that both the carers and the clients matter. The carers, who offer one-to-one care in private houses and residential homes, have competitive salary packages and the chance to progress into management. They are trained up to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Rhea Willett, the Senior Co-ordinator said, “This is a rewarding job and it's great to get out doing care in the community.”
For clients, who can be of any age, Caremark offers a support that helps them become more independent. Recent social services reviews have praised Caremark for the quality of their professionalism and care.
