NEWS FROM JUDGEMEADOW TODDLER GROUP WE'RE BACK! We are pleased to announce that we have now re-opened, in our fantastic new location, within the college grounds. Judgemeadow Community College has kindly funded the refurbishment of our new facilities and we are very happy with the result! Mr. David Powell, Judgemeadow's Principal said, “We are delighted to have been able to ensure that the toddler group can continue to provide a meeting place for local children and their carers and look forward to their ongoing success.” Thanks to a grant from Evington Ward, we have been able to decorate and theme the room, to create a stimulating environment for children attending our sessions. We also would like to thank ‘Safer Leicester Partnership City Joint Action Groups' (with help from Goodwood and Evington TARA), for allocating funds for us to improve our role-play and sensory areas. We meet at the college crèche, within the landscaped grounds, every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 11.45am and offer an informal relaxed atmosphere, where your children can play and make friends, while you enjoy a coffee and a chat! We have a wide range of toys, books and puzzles, plus a home corner, playhouse, toy garage, activity cube with slide and much more. We always welcome new members. Just pop along to one of our sessions, or phone Sue for details on 2128759. Sue Goodwin |
