SCOOTING SESSION AT KRISHNA AVANTI PRIMARY SCHOOL
The children at Krishna Avanti school enjoyed a scooting session in the playground during their mid-morning break and at lunch time.
They started by learning about balance, safety and how important it is to wear a helmet. Once on their magnificent machines, they scooted for a few paces and learned how to stop in a controlled manner. After that they practised scooting in straight lines, weaving through cones and follow my leader. Before long they were scooting with confidence and great skill.
All too soon it was back to lessons!
