MAYFLOWER METHODIST CHURCH

Highlights from the last two months have included:

An Ascension Day Service with musicians from Soar Valley Orchestra, an annual May Fayre, activities, lunch, workshops and a service with our three Methodist circuits of Leicester at Trinity Methodist Church, Narborough, the Women's Fellowship outing to Derbyshire with tea at Swanwick Methodist Church, two ‘Away Days' at Houghton to spend time thinking more deeply about why we are here and what we can do to help other people.

We look forward to:

26th June – A Coffee Morning and Gift Day encouraging our infirm and distance members and friends to come along. In the evening there will be a Karaoke-type entertainment with old and new songs and hymns by request.

29th July Hosting a participatory afternoon for all the churches in the Leicester Trinity Circuit on ‘My Favourite Things' followed by cream tea.
