GUILTY! – FOR TAKING PHOTOS

You never know who is taking pictures of you taking pictures.

On a bright, frosty, winter's day I was on my way to one of Leicester's best loved parks to feed the ducks. My walk took me through an industrial site – a great location for shadows, colour and contrast. I snapped away, unaware of the security officer who came rushing over to question me and said I'd been spotted on the security camera. I explained I was merely taking pictures and showed him the images. I felt like a criminal; caught red-handed for casing the joint and about to scale the spiral staircase and break in!

There's been a lot in the press about tourists and professional photographers being stopped and questioned for taking photos, some even having their camera confiscated. So when you're out and about, look out for who's taking your photo!
