SUNFLOWER HEARTS

Dear Readers,

Over the past three years I have been feeding the birds very successfully with sunflower hearts, attracting the following species:

Bullfinches, Greenfinches,
Gold finches, Chaffinches,
Great Tits, Blue Tits, Cole tits,
Long Tailed Tits, Robins and a Nut Hatch.

They are a delight to see throughout the year and should be encouraged environmentally. The special feeders and sunflower hearts can be obtained from Bennett's in Evington village.
