DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

Janet Carter has been going to the dentist every day for the past 22 years. Not that she has a dental problem! Janet works as the receptionist at Oasis Dental Practice in Evington, where she welcomes patients and makes everyone feel at ease before receiving their treatment.

Janet has many interests that include salsa dancing and ceroc (similar to rock and roll), and she competed in a line-dancing competition at Wembley. She does all her own decorating, enjoys walking in the countryside, and is extremely active, fit and healthy. Janet's husband died suddenly twelve years ago, “It made me realise you have to enjoy each day of your life and make the most of it.”

Janet is looking forward to her retirement in May when she'll have more time to devote to her latest project – redesigning her large garden.
