Ever thought about learning a new language? Whether it is trying to master a language you have tried to do so before, learn a new one or just want to try something challenging, Beginners' lessons (and onwards) through ‘Languages at Leicester' provided by University of Leicester might be the answer. Learning a new language is not only a way of communicating in different words but also learning and perhaps enhancing your knowledge of another culture and will definitely be helpful for when you go to that country. And as extremely challenging it may well be, it could even be the start of a new career for you, ever thought about a language-related profession? As being fluent in another language would create more opportunities for you and especially in the recession state of being we currently are living in, it's only wise to improve and add to one's skills and abilities. Choose from 12 languages, including Arabic, Portuguese, Chinese, French and Greek and from as little as two and a half hours of your time per week, you should be able to write and speak fluently in a whole new language by the end of the two planned semesters. So whether it is just for fun, or work-related or even a way to meet new friends, learning a new language could very well be for you! New courses start in October 2009, so you have plenty of time to think it through and maybe register. Good luck For more information on the 12 languages taught and further details, please go on the below link, ttp://www.le.ac.uk/ml/lal/ |
