LIBRARIES LOVE SPORT TOO!

Leicester libraries have always bought lots of books on sport but as this year is rather special we've been editing our collections, buying new stock and making sure all of our libraries are fit for 2009 and beyond!

We have the life stories of sporting heroes but the books that are proving to be really popular are those that tell you how to actually play sport and how to keep fit. Of course anything to do with football is always a hit, especially tips on coaching techniques and tactics, but surprisingly the books that are flying off the shelves in Leicester Libraries are on martial arts!
