LKFA offer Movement Exercise and Dance to music. It is a fun association with very experienced teachers. It is not just about keeping the body fit, but keeps the mind fit and healthy too. 21ST JUNE - OPEN DAY

Whatever you do, wherever you turn, you are being told to ‘Get More Exercise', ‘Keep Yourself Fit', ‘Keep Yourself Mobile'. So where do you go? What type of exercise? Will it be too strenuous and will you keep it up? Come and see for yourself at Braunstone Civic Centre, Open Day on 21st June 10am – 3pm. Watch class demonstrations and fitness sessions and even join in. Classes include Fitness, Dance, Youth and Mature Movers, Seated and GP referral. There are also stalls and refreshments available.
