Maypole Dancing, Scottish Dancing and Circle Dancing took place in Evington Park on May Day. This event was a ‘first' for Evington and over 300 local people enjoyed the day in warm sunshine. Many thanks to The Friends of Evington Park and Village Green for their organisation, along with the support of Evington Park staff; Jane Gray, Head of Dance, and the Maypole dancers and Morris dancers from St Paul's School and Marion Turnock and the Scottish country dancers from Whitehall Primary School.
