THE HIDDEN GARDEN

My article about the garden at the Ethel Rd flats prompted phone calls from two residents of the flats, who told me I would be amazed at the garden at the back of two of the blocks. They were right. In a large triangle of land at the rear there was an immaculately kept lawn with a wide and most colourful border, including some spectacular dahlias. I understand Dave is responsible for this and he calls it “The Community Garden” and it is for all residents to enjoy.
